Labor multiplier
A regional factor that scales installed labor to your state's market — the biggest reason the same project costs more in California than in Georgia.
Each state page applies its own multiplier on top of national material and labor rates. A driveway near $8 per square foot nationally might be about $10.80 in a high-cost metro (1.35x) or $7.36 in a lower-cost region (0.92x).
