Housewrap
The weather-resistant barrier wrapped over the sheathing, under the siding, that sheds bulk water while letting the wall dry.
Housewrap is the drainage plane behind the siding. It's part of a proper re-side and shows up in the material takeoff alongside starter strip and trim.
